WANTED: Chief Credit Officer/Credit Administration
State Bank Northwest is searching for an experienced Chief Credit Officer/Credit Administrator, responsible for managing the lending function within our community bank.  This position will be responsible for the approval, underwriting, and production of all lending activity; supervise, mentor, lead, develop, and train all lending staff; manage loan workouts; and assure implementation and compliance with bank policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.  The successful candidate will also possess the skills necessary to manage a loan portfolio, consisting of existing clients and participant bank relationships.  A minimum of 5 years experience in underwriting, servicing, and documenting a small business loan portfolio is required.

WANTED: Senior Loan Officer/Team Leader
State Bank Northwest is searching for an experienced Senior Loan Officer/Team Leader to supervise, originate and service commercial loans in the Spokane market.  This position will be responsible for enhancing existing client relationships and developing new loan relationships though direct lending efforts and leading the commercial lending team.  The successful candidate will also possess the skills necessary to solicit new business through professional relationships, cold calling, referrals, and established clients.  A minimum of 5 years experience in developing, underwriting, originating, and servicing a commercial loan portfolio is required.
